Well, this is what I get for teasing you (and I hope you closed on time!!!)  My closing on the 18th has been delayed by at least two days.  The owner's agent forgot to turn the water on for the FHA appraiser. Waiting today to hear something.

Not closing tomorrow either.  The LO called me today and told me the septic passed appraisal today.  It made me wonder WHY they waited until after the first closing date to appraise the septic system.  We haven't heard from the FHA appraiser and the IRS keeps kicking back one of my return transcript requests (third time!)  

Again I find myself super frustrated, ready to walk away and feel like I'm being manipulated by the LO and my agent to hang in there for a tenuious future date. I've survived a tornado and a hurricane this year plus two job losses I have had enough BS this year to last a decade, I am not in the mood for this, lol.

Just an update I had a very smooth and on-time closing!  My realtor was still in shock up until we met with the attorney given that I had a short sale a little over 2 years ago.  It was tough finding a lender who would work with me but I'm excited it worked out and I love my new home!

Closing in 45 min, 11 days and two hours late, five false closings, the whole thing has been a nightmare. My son and I have the flu. I will be so happy to have this garbage over with, I swear the stress was going to give me a heart attack! Hooray, I didn't keel over
