We closed on 12/28 so my loan processor wanted to verify closing fund about end of November and early December. We were actually still giving them bank statements about 2 days before closing.

Wow that is a super fast turnaround! Here the turnaround is about 4 months, they are actually short on workers.

I closed, I closed, I closed. Hooray!  December 31st at 4 pm.,  Good God!  And the mortgage company ended up giving me a few hundred bucks because they screwed everything up so badly.  Double yay!
