Today I was speaking to my MB about my closing ( I close in 8 days), he mentioned that within the last 48 hours, almost all of the banks he works with have raised the minimum mid-FICO score required for a mortgage to 640.
It does not impact me as I have been cleared to close but wondered if anyone else had heard this or knew anything about it?
