We went under contract in APril but USDA funds ran out before we could get our file through Underwriting. Our bank will not even process the paperwork on USDA loans right now. SO our file just sits in limbo. It seems to get the tax credit, we have to jump to FHA. But we are short on the down payment and we are not sure what we are going to do.
Is anyone else jumping to FHA???
Are u having problems getting the downpayment???
Are there any more DPA programs/help available???
