Ok, so yes, I question everything nowdays! Surely they just can't type these up willynilly can they? He did say he was running it through the DU on Friday. Its just a sentence and then 3 contingencies. Is that the way they are?

You should be good to go as long as they can document all the info you have given them and barring any drastic changes in the lending environment.

Sounds about right!! Make sure you are careful about adding any debt. Keep CC's paid down to where they are now, or close to it. Basically, maintain the file you turned in and you should be fine
