I am rooting for everyone! We made it through underwriting with conditions, but my LO did a really good job of getting many of the things we needed up front so I only had a few more pages to sign, one more LoE and of course they still need to verify rent and employment. But nothing too major. The appraisal was ordered last week so we are still waiting on that. And then we go back into underwriting. I'm hoping it happens by the end of next week because it's taking them a good 4-5 days. We visited the house yesterday and they had done the landscaping! The carpet and appliances are still not in and there's a bunch of touchup work to be done still (it's a new build so it needs to be cleaned out and paint all touched up). But it's getting closer. I'm finally starting to believe we will actually be homeowners.
