I sure hope to be in this group myself (1st VA loan). I'm not sure what to expect from here though. I've signed, given earnest money, just had the home inspection done today (lots of red stuff!?) and am now waiting to find out what's next. Like (it seems) most of y'all, I'm trying to gauge when to give notice on my apartment...don't wanna even WORRY about being homeless but don't wanna pay one dime more than I have to for the 30 day notice either.
