So today we're finally off to underwriting. USDA Rural 0 Down.

Our LO says we look really good and should have no issues. The only thing Im concerned with is a few OD's we had to do LOE's for. He says not to worry.

5%DTI, 650 mid no lates in 36 mos. First time buyer.

Here's to drinking heavily for the next 48hrs!

Good luck!! I am a nervous wreck and still about 1-2 weeks away from going to UW! i will be so glad when that is over with.

nate you should be ok. A LOE will calm a UW mind on any OD's. If your LO is good at their job the UW will be the hardest part! As long as you have no lates in the last year you should be good.
