Ok now what's next??? pre approval first time program which step first

My middle score is 722 is that good enough or should I wait?

Reading some info on application I see good faith deposit of $500 Is this something I pay just for letting them pre approve me? If I decide to go with someone elses pre approval and offer I do not have to payt his correct? I will see if I can get through tomorrow but just wanted to try here first. Thanks

Its been three days I don't have an anser from the loan officer. Is this normal? Anyone else wait this long?

Did you wind up going through SONYMA?

The only better progrram than that seems to be NACA if you can wait around.
