Only 6 month employment history. Can I get approved???

Started new career 6 month ago. From a pilot to Construction woker....so yeah, radical change. I did not just graduate school.

My credit is:

720 by Experian

750 Tansunion

790 Equifax

I live in California

I have 5% down

Have two credit cards $23K limit with zero balance each month as I payoff in full each month.

Student loan of $250 per month.

Do I have chance or do I need to wait 2 full years to build employment history?

Thanks

Well, I dunno.

Yes, radical change, but the other numbers look good.  Just hard to say.  This guy might not, but the lender down the street might be amicable.  But if it were ME, I'd wait the 2 years.  But lemme ask this- do you see yourself in construction in the long term?  Not that is not a honest living, but is this what you want to do??  Or ya just doin it to pay the bills? (which is a good thing, we all do what needs doin)
