Optimal credit utilization

Is there a utilization for revolving that gives the max score for that component (only worried about score for a mortgage). I have read

- keep total under 15%

- keep each account under 15%

- keep both under 10%

- be as low as you can on both, but not zero

This is one area that I can control and need to increase my score by at least 10 points and in a short period of time, so am confused what I should do. Thanks for any advice!

Re: Optimal credit utilization

Total of all should be less than 8.9%

Optimal is all zero except one, and the one be less than 8.9% of that card's total line of credit.
