Sorry, forgot to update. 
We got our clear to close on Friday, Oct 11th. We are thrilled!! AND, extremely impatient. We are not closing until the 30th, with signing on the 28th with a mobile notary. We tried to close early, but our seller's wife is out of town for a week and the title company couldn't get everything ready, with less than a day to prepare. So, we are waiting as the days slowly tick by, lol. We love our soon to be home and it stinks being so far away during our first home buying process, but our LO and realtor have been ABSOLUTELY amazing!
