Okay,

We started credit repair in May we had 2 collections we were able to get removed.

We paid all our credit cards off.  We had Four 30 day late back in Oct. of 08

We had a paid charge off from Jan of 09.From Verizon.

 We switch over from Verizon to cable never received a last bill as soon as the collection notice came we argued didn’t do a bit of good so we paid it. Went to collections in Dec paid it Jan. We were Unable to remove that one.

USDA Guaranteed

We applied for a home loan with a score of 648(middle)

My husband is a 1099 employee we keep excellent records.

They did take some YTD income.

Our DTI is 44% we were approved.

We have some savings. I think this helped.

We found a house had everything done made it threw UW had some conditions.

And finally closed it took about 2 months or so.

This is our first home I am just glad it’s over.

We received the keys at closing.

Reading everything on this forum helped us buy our first home.

That is fantastic! I am in the final stages of repairing my credit and about to apply for the USDA Direct loan. I already have the house picked out and I am just hoping that all this stuff I have PFD will be enough to get me approved.

Work fast on the direct loan they will be out of funds for it in OCT.

Oh BTW we closed late friday and got our keys same time .They had a cashiers check for the owner.

I hope this will help with ? about closing on fridays.
