After over a year of looking, 9 offers (all FHA all rejected, all clean offers!!!) we finally found the PERFECT place! Located in a gorgeous neighborhood (Bixby Knolls) we were able to get it for 5K above asking and 3% back. Just waiting on Fannie Mae to send us the docs so we can start escrow but wow what a nightmare buying a house is!!!

That's great to hear! We also bought a house from Homepath.com (Fannie Mae).  We had a wonderful experience with their listing agent and they are easy to deal with and went above and beyond with the required repairs before closing.
