Does anyone have a mortgage with PHH? If so, how are they?

I do. I went through Century21 and PHH is who I pay. I loved how easy it was to track what was going on with the loan process and they've always been very friendly and helpful the few times that I've had to call. No regrets.

Thanks. I just applied for pre-approval and they are pretty lenient with scores so I hope I get approved.
