Payroll Tax deduction change?

I am in underwriting and expect to close on 3/25/14. If I changed my deductions with my payroll to take less taxes out, do you think that can screw things up for my mortgage process? Thank you.

Nope, you qualify based on gross income and not net income.  You should be fine.
