Per approval Shot???

Ok guys here are the stats... 727 transunion, 681 equifax... 60000/yr (wife and I combined), do I have a shot on getting a pre approval? And with an income like this what would you guys think I would get approved for if any? < 200,000?

Really depends on what your current debts are, but 60k a year can buy a home in the 200k range.

+1, I think $200K would possibly end up being the absolute max. It will further depend on downpayment, property taxes, required monthly payments on credit report, interest rate, PMI, and HOA/homeowner's insurance. If you are thinking of going FHA, it would be better to try to purchase before the new rules go into effect.
