Here's a few pictures of the house and surrounding area my wife & I closed on back in June.
I've been meaning to post some images but I just haven't been able to.
That is up until now.
you guys have such a nice house. I'm living in one of the most expensive metro area in the country....$500K only gave me a crappy 1000 sqft house. Don't even bother to post it here and be laughted by people
HEY!!! But it is YOUR 1000sq ft. home and that's ALL that matters!!!
+1
You should be very proud to own something. Not everybody gets the opportunity. I'm sure it's beautiful.
Bumping this thread...I'm sure we have had some new homeowners come into the fold
We still have boxes to unpack but we have been settling in to "Brighton" just fine....

Our home inspection is in 6 days... I want this process to go faster already.
This year was an amazing credit journey, from low 600s to mid 700s by lender... and now a home, I hope
4 BR / 2.5 BA 1600 Sq Ft
I'll have, or more importantly Atlas (our brindle boxer) will have, a backyard.
Closed on this house in march of 2009 the same day my son was born. We literally had my wife signing papers in her maternity bed. Short sales are tricky... But we bought at the bottom of the market, real lucky,179k. That's pretty cheap for California.
