Close next Monday

1304 sq ft with .76 acre lot. I'm pumped. Now I just have to be smart and not start spending the rest of my savings becuase I really really really want to.

Now I have to get bids on a new roof and gutter conversion. I have those junk gutters that are internal and once they get clogged all the wood starts rotting.

hey bmurrey....How are the bids going?

We'll be doing stuff around the house this weekend when I fly back in...But nothing quite as intensive as your roof/gutters...Applying window treatments to the 1st floor...And starting to pack up boxes...
