Closed on 11/2, moved in on 11/5, there's still boxes EVERYWHERE!  2 bed w/loft, 2.5 bath, basement, vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom and loft.  Walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and the loft is big enough to be a 3rd bedroom if I want to put a wall up and a closet in, but I'm using it for my TV/computer room.  1656 sq. feet.

It's beautiful, bright, and because of the housing market I paid about $50K less than the previous owners.   If the market were still as good as it used to be, there's no way I could afford to buy something this nice.

Congrats and VERY VERY nice!  And all that land.  Sheesh!  If I could get my darn pictures of my home on here you'd laugh at my little lot.   But that's Cali for you.  I have to pay a pretty penny for a lot that size or live in the hills where I'd fear for my life or couldn't find a job!
