3 yrs old HUD home in Metro Atlanta. Sold 3 yrs ago for $254k, I purchased for $139k!! It is 3000 heated sq ft and over 4500 sq ft with daylight basement. I have a couple of things left to do on it, like have the front porch relift because of poor construction but should only cost $600 to do it. These are pics before I did MBR & Sitting Room and after with hardwood floors.

It's awesome to see everyone's hard work that has paid off. We closed on our first home on 01/07/10. $156K @ 4.75%. 3/2, FLR, FDR and lots of upgrades. Thanks to everyone who contributes on the board. You all have helped us in some way to make our dreams a reality. God Bless and good luck to those who are still in the process.
