I am buying this and I can pay cash for it and I will never worry about another dime as long as I live.

crazy how the Las Vegas real estate market is now....the have a listing for a 8000 sq foot home that was worth $650k 3 years ago for 130k. If you have a job that relocates you to vegas you can get A TON for you buck

My house is very simple and very efficient. That is what I was looking for. It doesn't have a yard but Nevada is 85% publiclly owned so I can go anywhere, and I do, and that is why I love Las Vegas.

We love Vegas too! We got once a year and actually got married there last July with 25 of our closest friends!! It was a blast!
