If you watch the new entries, make a offer to the seller in the first week and make your realtor get off their arse to submit your offer then you have a binding agreement and nothing to worry about unless the bank rejects the offer. There was never another offer on my house because I didn't give them time to offer.

All the homes posted are Gorgeous! Congrats to everyone. My home is being built too!! In Philadelphia or the suburbs of Philly you would be paying close to $500K for the homes that you guys posted. SO Lucky!!! I'm getting a Row Townhome in a new development It's 3 stories with a basement, a roof deck, 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths, fenced yard with patio. It will just be my dog and I Once I get married I'll bank on a Bigger home.
