lol! Something like that in vegas would be sub $100K, but there wouldn't be grass! (and it blew away yesterday)
OP: Please note, I'm not knocking your house... I think it's lovely. I'm commenting on the ridiculous sale going on in las vegas... my 2400sqft 4bd/3ba house w/ pool as an example. Purchased 2004: $500K, peak 2006: $650K, current market value $181K (if it can sell).

Unbelievable! It's still amazing how real estate fluxuates across the country (I understand the major metro areas) but seriously......180k for the type real estate, there would be a line around the neighborhood for a chance to buy.

wow! that is a beauty!! what state/county is this home & how much are they asking? A home like this in Hawaii would sell easy for $900,000, good luck!

Thank you everyone!!
I am in Washington State, south of Seattle. Our cost is $272k. 5 years ago it would have easily been $600k.
The same house plan on another side of town is listed at $250k, but we have a large lot 7550sf, which for new construction in our area, is very large!!
Does anyone else want to share pictures??

On one side of the street here in Middle Tn, that house would be 200k @ 3011sq/ft (we shopped them). The exact opposite side of the street, it would list/sell for nothing short of 500-600k+. Only difference being the zip code/county (same city name) they sit within.
