Congrats again. Beautiful home.  Hopefully we will close soon too.  This post awakens the senses and reminds all of us being stressed that it will be worth it in the end.  Maybe we will be inspired to keep it up.

It was all worth it!!! We love our home and ours is much prettier then the model!

Catacam, are your current scores that you have posted "current?"  If so, what lender did you go with to get approved?   MY score jumped to 621 and I thought I had to wait until I hit 640-680.

My scores were actually a bit lower at the time. We went with First Mortgage Corp, not to be confused with First Guarantee Mortgage.

Are these Lennar Homes? My wife and I visted a model in the Frisco/Little Elm area and the model looked similar. We loved that home, but it's a too far from our jobs.
