Catacam, are your current scores that you have posted "current?" If so, what lender did you go with to get approved? MY score jumped to 621 and I thought I had to wait until I hit 640-680.

My scores were actually a bit lower at the time. We went with First Mortgage Corp, not to be confused with First Guarantee Mortgage.

Are these Lennar Homes? My wife and I visted a model in the Frisco/Little Elm area and the model looked similar. We loved that home, but it's a too far from our jobs.
