Planning on applying USDA 5/11

Here's my check list.  If I've left something off, please let me know.

Scores from myfico.com are both 640+.   Ran Ex through FICO simulator it also came out 640+. .

Last late payment listed on CR was 5/2009. Will have clean 24 months at time of application

2 open CC's + 1 timeshare loan (not listed on CR) = 3 open trade lines

Debt ratios good on both ends

Employment - Both W2/1099 contract work.  Multiple companies, occasional unemployment.  All listed types of income can be verified for 4 consecutive years.

Rent to own scenario.  Renting property since 8/2009.  Never late, and have cancelled checks for all payments.

Dismissed BK13 in 11/2005.  Judge did not approve case. No tradelines on CR have any notation of the bk13, only mention is in public records section of CR.

What are my chances?

Re: Planning on applying USDA 5/11

What is the status of the debts that were involved in the dismissed BK?  Still owing?

If they are no longer owing, then the rest of your credit situation sounds good.
