Please Help!

I have been working the same for about 4 years in the same job.  My husband and I have been seriously thinking about relocating to Georgia.  My question is, if I relocate with a job, do I still need to wait for 2 years before I can apply for a mortgage.  I am still working on fixing my credit, my score range is 628-670 and I have had no negative for over a year.  Will the relocation prolong my dream to home ownership?   I appreciate the input.

Re: Please Help!

Are you relocating with the same company, or will you need to find a new job?  If it is a new company, but the job is within the same industry, that it is taken into consideration as well.  Each lender has their own guidelines for how they view that.

Re: Please Help!

It depends on how you earn your income.  Are you and the Mr. hourly, salaried, or commission-based?
