My loan is in UW now and I have an old tax lien that is on my credit report but showing "released" from 2006 on all three CR. Is this something that I should worry about? LO said it shouldn't be a problem, but I would like to have this great forum chime in!! Going FHA and both me and DH mid scores are in the 660-670 range and since filing BK in 2005 credit has been flawless (no lates) We are ready to close and move in to our new home, and are praying that this isn't an issue. Any feedback from you guys would be greatly appreciated.
