Please tell me it gets better

Waiting for nelnet to get their act together, they are making a federal case about going in and updating the closed acct they forgot. Supervisor said she’d call me back but never got a cb.

LO repulled my scores so we can do RR, but he seems so frazzled lately I feel like he may not be walking me through this like I need. (EX 593 TU 651 EQ wouldn’t pull again so we have to go back through that mess)

I am the kind of person who needs to know the process he is about to do but lately he hasn’t been as relaxed when I try to ask a question.

Got to speak to his assistant today but he seemed kind of rude.

LO said he is trying to do this as cheap as possible, don't know what that means?

These are my scores without the 4 paid off cc acct and only 5 of the 16 nelnet lates removed.

I feel lost.

Re: Please tell me it gets better

I think if I wasn't a first time homebuyer this would be so much easier.

Talked to him again, he sounded less frazzled this time, he said RR would cost him 1100 for all 3 reports so after we get my EQ pulled, he''ll just pick a report to focus on then go with that one instead of RRing all 3.

Called nelnet back and collegue of the sup said she left for the day and he can't get letter bc he has no access to her email and credit bureau disputes is closed. Why does Nelnet have such awful customer service.
