Has anyone dealt with ACC Mortgages, I think they are portfolio lenders, generate and service their mortgages in house, don't sell to secondary markets. I want to purchase a condo, FHA is out, Conventional is out due to foreclosure. I only need 20k. Any feedack about them or any one else someone can recommend would be apprecited! Thanks!
