Pre Approved

I got my Pre Approval for my house!!!! Yeah

After a year or 2 of waiting and fixing issues, I finally took the steps to buy the house that I am currently living in.

In a strange turn of events, the day my real estate agent was coming to my home to sign the offer my mother found a house at a garage sale.. Yes, a garage sale. She urged me to come and look at the house and I did... Now, I am going to put in an offer on that one instead.... Great price and great location....

Everything happens for a reason.
