My wife and I were just pre-approved for a $350K loan today and I couldn't be more excited! Having destroyed my credit at one point (I was sub-500) and being here now is surreal. I want to thank everyone on here that has given such good advice and helped me get where I am and understand the credit system better. Now the fun begins! We're going to look at houses this weekend!
