Will getting pre-approvals affect my FICO score?
Also if I am above 660 on all my FICO scores and have 5 year plus near six figure income and almost no debt will that be a problem?
Should I just do it?
"Like inquiries" within 14 days (but I believe 30 days for mortgage inquiries) will only count as 1 when it comes to affecting your FICO score, all inquiries will be shown, but only the first one in that time period will effect the score (or so they say).

Depends on sales price and down payment, and because you might be going for a higher sales price than most (talking about most of America, not your local market), where you are buying would determine things too.
If you ask a Nike employee, they'd say so. Might be good to analyze things first with a mortgage pro.
