Yes I have received a GFE. I actually got three diffrent ones from my LO.  My builder is paying some of the closing cost and depending on which loan I take (USDA, FHA) I may have to pay some closing cost.  I'm going to ask my LO about all these fees because she has not said a peep about them.

Can you post your GFE? It sounds like she gave you a rough estimate rather than a detailed estimate.

Or, because you are having a home built, some of the fees (thinking of the survey here) could be picked up by the builder.
