How are things going with you? Well I hope. We are so am so relieved to have this behind us! This has really been somethin' I tell ya!
Stories like yours give us hope and it's such a happy ending. The 15K under appraisal ended up being a silver lining. Same house & you saved 15K. I don't know about you, but I don't make 15K per month (ha, ha).
I'm sorry about the aguish, but I'm so happy that it all worked out for you in the end.
Anyway, Congrats and happy home dwelling.
