My wife and I were just preapproved for a $260k home loan! We ended up having to go FHA, but we're still extremely thankful that we have the chance to buy a home. we're looking at new construction, so we're going to go pick our lot and jump into contract this weekend! I know we're just getting started and the road ahead will be tough I'm sure, but I can help but be excited! It's been a long road to get to this point and I have to thank the great people on this board for the support and knowledge I obtained while being here. Will keep you posted as we progress.
