Pricing

Ok so now I've been told that we are just waiting on pricing from the bank. Anyone knows what that means. I've never heard that term before. Do they mean the amount ill need a closing or something?

Hmmm Dallas I guess it's the fees then because in my approval commitment letter they said our rate was 3.625.
