I wouldnt contact them when I PIF my Amex CO so take advantage of the optima offer it went from no activity for a few years to a whole year or CO on my report

Well you were right! My mortgage banker stated that all she needed was the letter showing that there is a "0" balance. She said that we didn't want to chance a dip in my scores. I also contacted Barclay's again to see if there was any notation on my account about having the status updated with the CRA and the rep said there were no comments other than the PIF letter that they had sent out to me on the 9th. So it looks like I may have dodged a bullet with that one
