Proven Paid Tax Lien - effect on mortgage approval

Hello everyone, A tax lien came up during the underwriting phase of my mortgage. Fortunately, I went to the Queens County Clerk's Office in NYC, and obtained proof that the lien is satisfied. How do underwriters feel about satisfied tax liens which are proven? Thanks for any responses.

Since you have evidence it has been satisfied then it'd be evaluated like any other major negative at that time, but of course wouldn't be required to be paid.
