Yea you are right about that. My REaltor thinks that they are just getting docs ready for closing because of the specific things they asked for, title bill and revised mortgage binder with mortgagee clause. I thought they did that after they issued the CTC tho. I'm just going to stop driving myself crazy and just wait for the call.

This underwriting stuff is a pain in the rear to say the least.  I think I would favor a flurry of punches to the face rather than go through this headache.

Just got the call saying everything is in to head underwriter for final review and hopefully we can get the CTC by Thursday or Friday. My oh my where have I heard that one before. Smh
