The ones that say "available" I believe are only for GNND buyers.  Whereas for example http://www.hudhomestore.com/Listing/PropertyDetails.aspx?caseNumber=197-349369&sLanguage=ENGLISH&zip... is listed to all buyers, even non-GNND buyers.
