Question about FHA Co-signer

Can the Cosigner for an FHA loan be a cousin and is documentation required for verificaiton?

Yup, a cousin can be a co-signer.  It's up to the underwriter to determine what they'd need to document the relationship, we've had some clients just need to complete a family tree and sign/date it.
