My significant other and I will be trying to get pre approved for a usda or fha next week. The problem I think we may run into is the age of our accounts. She has 2 credit cards over a year old, and I've got our electric bill in my name for 3 years. Will this be good enough, or do they want to see 2-3 accounts per person? We both have more accounts, but they are less than a year old. Thanks for any insight.
