Question please help

i got pre approved for a home loan, my question is if the lender will check my credit report again at closing.  i am asking because my util. Went up a bit and my score drop a few points. if i pif it wont report for 30 days and i will close before that.

They might...you could ask your LO if they'll pull again. If your score dropped just a few points, then you should be ok unless it was a borderline file to begin with. If it is an issue you could probably PIF and get a rapid rescore.

thank you dessifink. it only drop like five points. May be one or two because of their inq. if i pif i wont update my report before i close.
