Question regarding DTI

My loan company didnt respond today to my question so I wanted to ask it here.

I am the co-signer on a loan for a car with my fiancé. When they do DTI for our mortgage, will it be included twice, or just once since we only pay one payment? Stupid question but you never know about what they think

Re: Question regarding DTI

Just once.  I assume you are applying together for the mortgage.  It is one payment and will be counted as one.
