I will be receiving a one time payment for services I provided. I am a soccer league registrar and will be receiving a one-time payment for that job. I will be 1099'd on this also, but I want to use these funds for my closing costs and/or prepaid items - which hopefully will be before the end of the year.
What documentation is needed for this? Will a copy of the check and a LOX be sufficient?
If I can't use this money for closing costs, will I be able to deposit in my account to pay off debt?
