they can likely get it done.... but you should get a referral from a friend/family/coworker to a trusted loan officer they used and compare
I'm calling a lady down the street at wells fargo. I bank w/wachovia & their mortgage division has already switched over to wf.
I'm ticked...that quicken dude told me he did a soft pull...I see FA CREDCO on my TU this am. I did NOT authorize a hard pull. He did not even ask permission.
