I am beyond frustrated with the mortgage process. I out my house on the market becuase I am getting ahouse built. A ocuple of weeks ago, I got into an argument with the builder and they cancled my contract. Now I can not back out of selling my house as it is set to close on the 15th. I decided to go to another lender and they told me 2 weeks ago that they oculd approve me on Decemeber 1st being that my last mortgage late was 12 months ago. He pulled my credit on December first and now I am under a 620. He then ran a credit anaylzer and he said if I paid off some credit cards I woul dbe well over 620. He ordered a rapid rescore last Tuesday and I was told it would take a week and he still has not gotten anything back. For the people that have gone thorugh a rapid rescore, how long did it take you to get a response?
