Reached my ultimate goal

Hi Guys, 

Just wanted to let you all know that I finally closed 2 weeks ago.  The process went very smoothly. Underwriting was a breeze, and closing was uneventful.  I attribute this to all of the advice of the great people here (and of course a great loan officer).

 

Thank you all and if you need me, catch me on the credit card forum learning how to use these prime credit cards (maybe I should change my screenname?)

Closed on my first home April 2012
Starting Score: 559 11/2010
Current Score: 670 Equifax, 691 Transunion, 663 Experian(Lender)
Goal Score: 660+
