I had a paid 3 year old judgement on my report when we closed, and it was a non-issue!  Good Luck!!

Okay first things first.

You are suppose to DISCLOSE it.

While your LO has been in the business x amount of years his advice is illegal. I will say if it is found you have a great chance of automatic denial. You also have a chance of it being considered mortgage fraud.

While his unethical tactics are his choice for a paycheck, I personally strongly disagree with his tactics.

I can't see the question. What was OP's question? I know it has something to do about whether or not to disclose a judgement.
